  • Operations and financial responsibility for Al Khorayef Petroleum Company’s main manufacturing plant in Saudi Arabia and repair facilities and service centers worldwide.
  • Managed and directed activities of Sustaining Engineering & Test systems, QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment), Purchasing, Inventory Control, Customer Service, Production Planning/Scheduling, Machining, Mechanical and Electrical Assembly, Warehousing/Shipping and Plant Maintenance Departments.
  • Developed and managed all Manufacturing departmental budgets, including capital expense budgets. Coordinated the acquisition of essential capital items from qualified suppliers.
  • Reviewed  product  cost  analyses  to  ensure  achievement  of  earnings  targets.     Improved  main  Manufacturing  Plant efficiency by 16% and reduced headcount by 30%.
