    • Developed paperwork model to increase efficiency and consistency of field service reports
    • Led offshore team through successful workover campaign on five technically challenging installations (Dual ESP/Y-tool, Packer, TRSV)
    • Requested by major customer to be acting project manager overseeing a multi- well offshore campaign; until permanent candidate could be found.
    • Led a team that deployed new production management system on offshore facility
    • Optimised operating parameters reducing motor temperature, operating current and voltage drop over long step-out
