Monitor and conduct enhanced quality plans and contract management development, witness inspections and product testing, provide technical support to company Dismantle, Inspection, and Failure Analysis and runlife tracking and analytical programs for major and mid‐size domestic and International operators. Independent Indonesian and Gulf of Mexico operator field development and ESP Technical and Strategy Initiatives. Completed feasibility and well construction and artificial lift design reviews. Work with a mid‐size Canadian operator on a full scale offshore field development expansion project focused on coil tubing deployed ESP systems. Scope of work includes up front engineering support and ESP design, well models, completion integration, commercial planning and development of expression of interest and invitation to tender documents, procedures, training, scheduling, coordination and logistics, and enhanced quality management systems.

Technical consultant for Perenco worldwide subsidiaries. Conducted ESP operations and field audits in Gabon, Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo and the United Kingdom (Wytch Farms). Onshore and offshore troubleshooting and failure analysis including witness teardown and dismantle in vendor facilities. Responsible for developing a corporate Artificial Lift strategy to include specifications, standards, best practices, training, documentation and procedures.
