The company was established with the primary objective of supporting and improving artificial lift performance for operators throughout the globe, with significant emphasis on electric submersible pumps (ESPs). ALS provides unparalleled and unbiased technical expertise through its team of consultants. Having worked with numerous operators in countries around the world, and in a wide variety of environments and situations, ALS brings a unique level of experience to the benefit of existing and future clients.
The ALS team includes 20+ expert consultants positioned around the globe, as well as a full-time engineering staff based in the USA, Singapore, UK, and UAE. This versatility allows ALS to provide the highest quality of support, incorporating a wide variety of skill sets and experience to execute its projects efficiently and effectively. ALS has been involved to support reservoir appraisal and ESP feasibility, well design and facilities design, quality management of ESP vendors and project execution. ALS can also assist with detailed material requirements for each well, facilities design advice specific to ESP, power requirement studies, planning for control systems and ESP operating/safeguarding philosophies.

ALS performs a broad range of services with a specific emphasis on technical support, including (but not limited to): application engineering and design, ESP manufacturing and supply centre audits, Dismantle Inspection Failure Analysis (DIFA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), load flow analysis, field support, remote operational monitoring, commercial package preparation, optimisation of all forms of artificial lift, and also provides bespoke training courses. ALS is particularly qualified to assist operators with the implementation of ESPs as their artificial lift method, utilizing the broad experience and technical clarity that is unique to ALS personnel. Furthermore, ALS is able to manage projects from conception to implementation, and employs a focused approach to assist operators in need of immediate technical support to correct problems and ensure success.
